UTI Asset Management Company Ltd (UTI AMC) was incorporated as UTI Asset Management Company Pvt Ltd in 2002 for managing the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund. In 2007, the company acquired its present name. The custodian of AMC is SHCIL.
