About the Company

P.P. Jewellers was established in 1980, with a team of people, with a vision and passion to venture into the jewellery market by Mr. Kamal Gupta along with Mr. Pawan Gupta and Mrs. Veena Gupta. P. P. Jewellers is counted amongst one of the most renowned Indian Jewellers. The group has built a reputation of bringing innovative designs that suit the needs of "the everchanging never changing" Indian woman. The organisation started with it's retail jewellery showroom in Sadar Bazar, Delhi and further diversified to wholesale and export section. Today PP Jewellers has turned into a chain of stores selling gold and diamond jewellery with around 50% of its revenues coming from the overseas markets.

Achievements of P.P. Jewellers over the years

• P.P. Jewellers has been conferred with Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council Award for the 20-th time this year.
• During 2008-09 as well as 2006-07 the company received an Export Awards for Outstanding Export Performance from EPCES (Export Promotion Council for Eous & Sez Units).
• During 2006, the company was conferred with two Niryat Shree Awards for its outstanding export performance.
• Besides the company has also received certificate for Meritorious performance in the field of exports during the year 1995-96 and 1996-97, issued by Government of India, Ministry of Commerce.

Areas of Operation

The company is engaged in the business of diamond manufacturing, jewellery manufacturing and retailing. The company claims to have the widest range of gold and diamond jewellery catering to the highest volumes in the domestic and the international market and manufactures and markets gold and platinum diamond studded jewellery like rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, bangles, necklaces etc for the domestic and international market. The company exports diamonds and gold jewellery to countries such as UAE (50%), UK (30%) and USA (20%).

Ongoing Projects and Future Plans

• Plans to enter new segment of jewellery i.e. light weight jewellery with low carrat from 9 to 15.
• In 2010, the group would open one of the largest jewellery showroom of the country in Karol Bagh, the heart of Delhi’s Jewellery District.
• The group is also planning to open showroom in Mumbai which is the main area for trading loose diamonds in the world.
• Further, it is also planning to open showroom in Ludhiana and has procured 5000 meters of space.
• The group is also planning to open an outlet in Kolkata.
• The group is also in process of opening a school by the name of P.P. School.
• The group is also planning to open 50 franchise outlets across the country out of which two of the franchise outlets are already operational.
