CANCELLATION / RE-SCHEDULING OF WORKSHOPS and REFUND POLICY: |

Unless otherwise mentioned herein, registration shall be confirmed only on receipt of the registration form along with the Registration Fee prior to the date of the workshop.

D&B may, at its sole discretion, cancel the workshop completely or re-schedule the workshop for any reason whatsoever, with adequate prior intimation to the participants. In this case, the participants are entitled to receive a full refund of the Registration Fee.

In case a confirmed participant is unable to attend the workshop and intimates D&B about his unavailability at least 1 (one) week prior to the date of the workshop, the participant will be entitled to receive a full refund of the Registration Fee.

If a confirmed participant cancels his/her nomination for the workshop less than 1 (one) week prior to the workshop or fails to attend a workshop, D&B shall forfeit the entire registration fee so paid.

In case a participant confirms and pays for the workshop on short notice [i.e. less than 7 (seven) days from the date of the workshop], the Registration Fees paid by such participant shall be non-refundable, irrespective of whether the participant attends the workshop or not.

Nominations for attending the Workshop once made, may be transferred, if communicated to D&B atleast 2 (two) working days prior to the workshop .

Once a participant attends the workshop, the Registration Fee shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
