Every thought, decision, action and process begin and end with the customer in mind, regardless of a customer-facing role or a back-office function. In order to drive this change, we made a core customer culture team that constantly measures the customer satisfaction, identifies gaps and also works as a customer advocate in-house. The core team members came from key functions such as HR, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance.
