D&B services helped by executing a comprehensive survey on consumer behavior across different regions and brand awareness. The study surveyed 48 SOHO and SME users across 6 cities.

Challenges faced by the client

The organization needed comprehensive inputs on the consumer behavior and brand awareness. The aim was to study India’s Top 20 markets and identify growth opportunities, analyze usage patterns and provide insights for enhancing product features, pricing and marketing strategies. By doing so, the organization would understand diverse needs across regions, innovate and enhance brand perception to better serve its customers.

They face several external challenges, including diverse consumer preferences across different regions, a highly competitive market with numerous similar products, and significant price sensitivity among consumers. Additionally, rapid technological advancements necessitate continuous innovation to stay ahead of competitors, while enhancing brand perception and loyalty amidst strong competition remains a significant hurdle.

How D&B helped?

D&B executed a comprehensive consumer behavior and brand awareness study to assist the client in understanding the market dynamics. The study surveyed 48 users across six cities, with SME users comprising 54% and SOHO users making up 46% of the respondents. The survey included participants from both metro cities (67%) and mini-metros (33%). This helped the organization identify that users highly value features such as high-quality printing, speed, Wi-Fi connectivity, scanning capabilities, natural color reproduction, and long-lasting cartridges.
