D&B services facilitated in conducting six custom Round Table Conferences (RTCs) which helped the organization identify prospects for business closure.
The institution set out to organize exclusive Round Table Conferences (RTCs) for business leaders of major enterprise companies and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. Their primary objective was to showcase and highlight their Executive Education programs, specifically designed for diverse functional groups within the organizations.
Internally, the institution faced significant challenges, including resource allocation for organizing custom RTCs and developing tailored Executive Education programs for various functional groups. Effective coordination of multiple RTCs across different locations and creating compelling marketing strategies to communicate the program's value are also critical hurdles.
Externally, the institution competes with other prestigious institutions offering similar programs. Engaging HR heads from large enterprises and GCCs, navigating economic fluctuations that impact investment in education, and addressing diverse cultural expectations within companies are key challenges they were tackling.
D&B successfully organized six custom Round Table Conferences (RTCs) across four to five major metro cities. Each RTC brought together an average of 14-15 senior HR decision-makers over breakfast meetings. Through these events, D&B engaged with approximately 100 new enterprise accounts, which their sales team subsequently pursued for business closure.
