Julian Prower

Julian Prower is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dun & Bradstreet India, Taiwan and Executive Vice President, Global Business Operations & Transformation. In India, he leads the company’s strategic direction, business growth, and market execution, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen operational performance, deepen customer and partner engagement, and drive sustainable, profitable growth aligned with local market needs. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to building a resilient, future-ready organization that supports Indian enterprises with trusted data, insights, and decisioning solutions.

With a career at Dun & Bradstreet spanning nearly four decades, Julian brings a rare combination of global operational expertise and deep institutional knowledge. He has held senior leadership roles across technology, country management, human resources, and business operations, often in highly complex environments requiring global mobility.

Earlier in his career, Julian played a pivotal role in shaping Dun & Bradstreet’s international technology operating model, including senior leadership positions overseeing regional technology functions through periods of significant change, across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Canada, and Israel.

He later served as Managing Director of the company’s Ireland business, where he was instrumental in establishing the organization’s European business operations center in Dublin. He went on to become Vice President, Global Human Resources, and was subsequently appointed Chief People Officer, leading the company’s global human resources function. In this capacity, he championed talent development, strengthened leadership capability, and fostered a values-driven culture. His efforts played a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and embedding a consistent leadership and people agenda across the enterprise.

In subsequent strategy and transformation roles, including his service as Chief Operating Officer, International, Julian was central to driving Dun & Bradstreet’s global growth agenda, including leading major integration and transformation programmes following acquisition activity in Europe. Today, his focus is on execution at scale, translating strategy into results, strengthening market performance, and ensuring the organization is positioned to win in an increasingly digital and data-driven global economy.
