Pallavi leads Human Resources for Dun & Bradstreet entities in India. With a career spanning over 25 years, she is extremely passionate about helping individuals of all backgrounds find paths toward meaningful careers and partnering with the business to drive people centric processes and results.
Before joining Dun & Bradstreet in 2011, Pallavi worked across diversified sectors where she led a number of projects on organisational effectiveness, career development, HR analytics and organisational change.
Throughout her own career, she has created innovative experiences, to help people make stronger career connections. She has also been a change leader across the enterprise, playing an active role in multiple major transformational initiatives. She has been instrumental in creating a diverse & inclusive culture where the best want to work and grow.
Pallavi is a certified Coach who is committed to making a positive impact in people’s lives. She holds an MBA degree from ITM, while simultaneously pursuing her ICF ACC accreditation. Apart from that, she is also a certified Recruitment Analyst and is a Master Silver in six-sigma methodology.
Pallavi is a member of the AMCHAM Committee on Diversity & Inclusion.
